Withdraw order

Need to cancel your order? If your order has not yet been shipped, you can withdraw from your purchase by filling our a request to withdraw and we'll cancel it free of charge. If your order has already been dispatched, you'll need to return the items once received. In that case, our standard return fee will apply and be deducted from your refund.

How to withdraw an order:

To register your request to withdraw your order go to our portal here: https://returns.ingrid.com/rapunzel-prod

There you enter your order number and your email address.

Can’t find your order number? It’s listed in both your order confirmation and delivery confirmation under “Order number”.

Once your request to withdraw is registered, you will receive an email with a confirmation that your order is cancelled. If the parcel has already been shipped you will have to make a return instead. Pack the products in suitable packaging - remember that you are responsible for ensuring that the package is properly protected during transport. Then hand in the parcel to your nearest agent and ask for a delivery receipt. Keep the receipt until your return is processed. You have 30 days to return the package to us from the day you received it.

When exercising the right of cancellation, you are responsible for the return shipping if it has been shipped. It is important that the goods are returned in unchanged condition.
