If your order is shipped to an address outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply when the package arrives in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by you as the customer.

Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 3:00 PM* are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

You have 30 days to return your order from the day you receive your package. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note that hair extensions are a hygiene product and must not be applied to the hair if you wish to make a return.
